In the Spotlight... James Garrod
	Meet "Give Back" program graduate and Heroes emplyoee James Garrod. James graduated from our rehabilitation program in June of 2007 and will soon complete his training with our Heroes Transitional Catering Business. James is just finishing up leadership training with his home church, Mars Hill, located in Seattle.

He will soon be the Sunday morning stage manager for the Mars Hill downtown campus. He also coordinates the bands and speakers for the "Out of the Alley" Gospel Church which meets every Sunday at 2:00 pm. in the Bread of Life Mission Chapel.

James is also an accomplished musican. He plays guitar, composes and sings his own songs. You can go to our Home page or to the Out of the Alley page and listen to a couple of James' songs. James also goes to the nursing home where his mother resides weekly to share his musical talent. He is currently working on his own CD. Good work James we so proud of you!
