Case management has become an increasingly critical part of recovery, and Bread of Life Mission is actively looking to improve the systems and services in place.  We recently hired a new program manager who is experienced in case management yet needs appropriate tools to be able to do a better job recruiting, retaining, assisting, and tracking men who go through our program.  We want to be able to efficiently and accurately do so for every single man who seeks LifeChange. 

 Bread of Life is in need of a software system to aid in the daily tasks of case management such as:

  • Intake and background checks
  • Assessments
  • Determining eligibility
  • Case notes
  • Tracking client progress
  • Measuring outcomes
  • Providing referrals

 To fully deploy the software solution, the cost would be $34,000 for the first year and $5,300 per year moving forward.  The first year costs include the following:

  • Customized software based on the Mission’s current process, forms, and recovery program
  • Extensive training for all staff using the system
  • Ongoing unlimited support

While the first-year costs are substantial, we feel that the improved efficiency and reporting capabilities will allow the system to return a positive ROI after the first 12 months of implementation.
